    • Program and project management, interim management
    • Project troubleshooting und recovery
    • Evaluation of products and services (e.g. ERP, Business Intelligence, Outsourcing, Procurement)
    • Review and design of IT relevant agreements (e.g. SLA*)
    • Implementation of ERP and MIS solutions (finance, procurement)
    • Organizational and process consulting

    Specific experience in IT audits, IT strategy, requirement analysis & requirement specification, preparation of SLA’s and service descriptions, risk and quality management, IT controlling, preparation of solution concepts as well as workshop facilitation.
